Fellows 2018

 

A total of 12 outstanding mid-career professionals from around the globe have been selected for the 2018 cohort. These AsiaGlobal Fellows are up-and-coming influencers in politics, policy, business and civil society.  They include a former minister of economy and sustainable development in Georgia, a former deputy minister at the Ministry of Education in Colombia, a lead consultant at the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, a first secretary at the Ministry of External Relations in Brazil, a legal counsel to the Vice President of the Philippines, an advisor at UNDP on policy and law reform in South Africa, a former specialist at the Prime Minister’s Office in Mongolia, a medical doctor turned into an advocate of peace-making in India, an award-winning investment banker at China Investment Corporation, a champion of social change in Nepal, a senior director of impact solutions at Y Analytics and a former engagement manager of McKinsey in Nigeria.
